My girlfriend and I stop by multiple times a week, and are never disappointed. Fresh, quality ingredients and excellent service makes this place special. Rarely can you find a bagel that is delicious all by itself. You need to try their breakfast sandwiches. The skinny zesty egg white breakfast sandwich is to die for, with the sun dried tomato spread and a fresh everything bagel, nothing beats it. Also, caribou coffee is joined with it, which is also great because the coffee is great. The only down side is that they use the same knives to cut everyone bagels, leaving you with an onion taste on a blueberry bagel (not ideal). I will always love Bruegger's. It will not disappoint.

I liked this place better when it was just a Bruegger's. I am not sure I am totally diggin' the whole Caribou/Bruegger's marriage. I have been here on several occasions, mostly because this location is an easy place to meet up. Every time, the tables seem dirty, the staff has not been trained properly because they make mistakes on drinks, and the leads or managers are grumpy. The bagels always seem consistent but the Caribou drinks do not. I miss my Bruegger's coffee! I purposely seek out Bruegger's that do not have a Caribou attached for this reason. I hope this idea does not fly and they discontinue it. I love both Caribou and Bruegger's but not together!! They need to divorce soon!

Staff is definitely hit or miss. Although the manager is great. Great coffee. Great Food. Just a tip. Try to get a table near the back or near the windows...less noise. Cause it's pretty busy and noisy in the front.

This Bruegger's/Caribou combo is great! Delicious bagels and coffee. They are fast, and keep the line moving even when it is busy.

Love that they added a Caribou at this location, but the service and place could use some work. There's never a person older than 20 working here, always on their phone and ignoring you for a while before their attempt at service. When the place is crowded, it's hard to get though the line with the tables and chairs so close to the line from the food area to where you get your drinks. If they make more of these Caribou/Brueggers combos, I hope they invest more time in adequate barista training & better design and layout!!

This place works for me :) Whether it's breakfast or a deli sandwich for lunch, I enjoy Brueggers. & when I am sick, the only food I want is Brueggers Chicken Spaetzel Soup. It cures all that ails you. The staff @ this location can be hit or miss, but the food is always yummy.
